The Company agrees to provide the Client with efficient and reliable waste management services as per the agreed schedule. Services include collection, transportation, and disposal of commercial waste in adherence to local regulations.
2.1 Service Availability
Services are available during standard business hours unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
2.2 Modifications to Services
The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice to the Client.
3. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information regarding waste types and quantities.
- Ensure access to premises for waste collection.
- Comply with all local waste disposal regulations.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made within 30 days of invoice receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the invoice.
4.1 Pricing
Pricing is based on the volume and type of waste collected. Any additional services requested by the Client will incur extra charges.
4.2 Invoicing
Invoices will be issued monthly and are to be paid via the approved payment methods specified in the invoice.
5. Liability
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services rendered.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kings Cross.
8. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed during the course of service provision.
10. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, or other unforeseen events.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company regarding the use of services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
